Completing an Onboarding/Contract Packet Task in Interview Exchange/Hirezon (Manager)

  1. Form fields can only be edited and saved AFTER a packet is published.
  2. After the Packet Originator selects Publish, the Tasks will go to the Task Assignees following a pre-programmed hierarchy. Note: Tasks may include multiple Forms.
  3. The Task Assignee can access the Tasks assigned to them:
    1. through the automated email that is sent to their FSU email address, or
    2. through the Assigned to Me section in the Onboarding/Contracts module by clicking the Edit icon next to task, or
    3. when the Packet Originator is the same person as the Task Assignee, they will also have the option of selecting Complete Task directly from the onboarding packet itself.
  4. Click on the name of each Form in that Task to open the Form for field entry.  Note: Tasks may include multiple Forms.
  5. Complete the required fields on all Forms in the Task
  6. Click on Save & Continue
  7. Review your entries to ensure accuracy and select either Edit to make changes or Continue to return to the Task page
  8. After all Forms in that Task are completed, be sure to select Save & Submit on the Task page
