Completing the Contract Addendum, Standard Contract Form, and Employment Status Form in Interview Exchange/Hirezon (Manager)

Steps:

  1. Reminder: Form fields can only be edited and saved AFTER a packet is published.
  2. After the Packet Originator selects Publish, the first Task will go to the first Task Assignee.  These tasks are completion of the Standard Contract Form, Contract Addendum, and Employment Status Form
  3. The Task Assignee will access these tasks through one of the options outlined in the Completing a Task instructions above
  4.  Click on Department Contract Originator to Complete to display the three specific forms that need to be completed. 
  5. Click on the Contract Addendum to open the Form for field entry. 
  6. Complete the required fields.  See the sample addendum form in Appendix A for more information.
  7. Click on Save & Continue.
  8. Review your entries to ensure accuracy and select either Edit to make changes or Continue to return to the Task page
  9. Click on the Standard Contract Form to open the Form for field entry. 
  10. Complete the required fields.  See the sample contract form in Appendix A for more information.
  11. Click on Save & Continue.
  12. Review your entries to ensure accuracy and select either Edit to make changes or Continue to return to the Task page
  13. Click on the Employment Status Form to open the Form for field entry. 
  14. Complete the required fields. 
  15. Click on Save & Continue.
  16. Review your entries to ensure accuracy and select either Edit to make changes or Continue to return to the Task page
  17. After all forms in the Task are completed, be sure to select Save & Submit.
