If you are looking at a colleagues Microsoft profile within a People web part in SharePoint/MyFramingham, you may see documents that should not be available to the public. Alternatively, if you click on your own profile you may see documents you are working on. Is everyone able to see these documents?
Answer:
No, these are files that the colleague has shared with you or documents you have created, and not all users will be able to see.
If you are concerned about confidential documents within M365, we suggest to use a networked share drive when sharing documents with your colleagues.
