How to access Banner training offered by Ellucian.

Issue/Question:

How/Where can I get Banner training from Ellucian?

Answer:

  1. Log into the Ellucian Hub and click Resources (top menu bar), then Training:

 

  1. Click one of the purple boxes to select how you’d like to view the training options.  Training by Product or Training by Capability are good places to start.

 

  1. Having selected Training by Product, you can easily browse by area of interest/module.

 

  1. Review the available trainings, click on the offering to view more details and enroll.

 

  1. Once enrolled, you can continue enrolling in courses (select CLOSE); review all the courses you’re enrolled in (select VIEW MY COURSES) or start that particular training immediately (select START LEARNING NOW).

 

Prerequisites - Eligibility - Cost:

Prerequisite:  An Ellucian Hub account (click here for KB article on how to request an account).

Eligibility:  While all FSU employees can participate in Ellucian trainings, it is geared toward daily users of Banner.

Cost:  Ellucian offers a variety of free trainings (designated as "Included").  Instructor-led (live and/or recorded), Learning Plans and more in-depth training have an associated cost.  Please get your supervisor's approval prior to registering for any cost related training(s).  Costs vary and may require additional approval(s).
