How to find how much space I have left on OneDrive

Each employee and student is allotted 1TB of space in their OneDrive account. Find out how much space you have left or if you want to see what is taking up the most space

 

When would you use this?

If you would like to see how much space you have left in OneDrive, or if you want to see what is taking up the most space. 

Instructions:

1. Log into OneDrive through the web portal using your FSU email
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the window
3. Click OneDrive Settings
   
   
    
4. On the list to the left, click More Settings
   
    
5. Under Features and Storage, click Storage Metrics
    
6. Here you will find how much space is left in your OneDrive account, and where the data is being stored
