When would you use this?
If you are off campus and lose connection to on-campus resources through FortiClient VPN, such as Banner and Argos, deleting and re-adding the FSU VPN connection may fix the issue
Instructions:
- On the log in screen for FortiClient, click the menu icon next to the VPN Name and click "Delete the selected connection"

- Once the connection is deleted, click the same menu icon and click "Add a new connection"

- On the "New VPN Connection screen, type "fsuvpn" for the Connection Name and Description. For the Remote Gateway Field type in "vpn.framingham.edu". Lastly, check off the Customize Port 443" box. Click Save

- Once the connection is saved, you should be able to log into the VPN normally.
