How to Access Qualtrics Support

  1. Visit https://www.qualtrics.com/support/. Here you will have access to Support Articles, the Qualtrics Community (user discussion forums) and Qualtrics Basecamp (training webinars, recordings and more).
  2. The easiest way to find an answer to your question is to just type into the search bar ("How Can we Help?")
  3. If you cannot find your answer in any of the available resources, return to the support homepage (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/) and find the "Contact Support" button/link: it may be at the bottom of your screen, at the top right of your screen, or both.
  4. You will then get to a login screen - you must click "Sign in with SSO", and then enter the organization id "framingham." Then enter your FSU SSO username and password.
  5. You will now be in the Customer Success Hub. There will be 4 boxes: "Grow My Skills", "Get Technical Support", "Get account services support", and "Manage My Tickets." Under "Get Technical Support" click the blue "Submit a Ticket" button. Unfortunately, this will not immediately direct you to a form to submit a ticket..
  6. On the next page, look under "Select your product area to get started". Most likely, your question will fall into the first product area: "Surveys & XM Directory". Click on that button, or whichever is most appropriate.
  7. This will open up a chat window with the Qualtrics Support AI Assistant. Type in your question. If the chatbot is unable to answer your question, eventually you will be connected to a representative and a ticket will be created (if you ask the chatbot to connect you to a representative directly, this may speed up the process. Or type something like "that did not answer my question/I need further assistance")
