Change existing password:
Q: When would you use this?
A: You know your password but you have/choose to change your password prior to the 60 day requirement.
Instructions: To begin, please make sure to clear your browser cache before logging into HRCMS (Go to https://www.mass.gov/guides/clear-your-browser-cache for instructions).
- Log in to your HRCMS account at https://hrcms-prod.mass.gov/psp/H92PRD/?cmd=login.
- Select the 'Support' tile (see picture below) on the Home Page.
- Click “Change My Password”.
- Enter your current password and your new password, then click “Change Password”. Your new password should be at least 10 characters long and contain both upper-case and lower-case letters as well as a number.
