How to Share your Screen in Zoom (Windows)

When would you use this?

For PC users, when you need to share your computer's contents (e.g. a PowerPoint, YouTube video, other application) with someone else in a Zoom meeting.

Instructions:

I'm Sharing 

1. While in a Zoom meeting, hover your cursor over the bottom of the meeting and a bar of icons will appear
2. Click in the center of the green Share Screen button

3. Choose if you want to share your entire screen or a specific application. The option you have selected is highlighted in a blue box
4. Afterward, click the Share button on the bottom right

Someone Else is Sharing 

If you are the host of a Zoom room and want to give everyone sharing permissions, follow the steps below:

1. While in a Zoom meeting, click on the small caret icon on the top right corner of the Share Screen button

2. Click Multiple participants can share simultaneously

If you are the host of a Zoom room and want to give specific people sharing permissions, follow the steps below:

1. Click Participants
2. Hover over the person's name and click ...
3. Click Make Co-host
