When would you use this?
If you need to order supplies or need technical support for on campus printers.

Ricoh Copiers
All Ricoh copiers are under a support contract that includes both technical support and printing supplies, such as toner. (Paper is the only item not covered under this contract and is the responsibility of the department or designated administrative area.)
In order to manage a Ricoh copier, please register for an account at www.MyRicoh.com – if you have not done so already – by following the instructions found here. This account will allow you to submit service requests for any technical issues, as well as order supplies for your copier. Instructions on how to order supplies have also been attached to this email.
(Please note: Technical issues can also be reported to Ricoh by calling the support number at 1-888-456-6457)
Xerox Copiers
All Xerox copiers are also under a contract that includes both technical support and toner. The phone number to place a service call or order supplies for a Xerox copier is 1-800-343-7777.

Standard Printers and Multi-function Devices
For support related to technical issue with any other print devices on campus (e.g. – Laser Printers or Multi-function Devices), please submit a request to the ITS Service Desk through myit.framingham.edu, by emailing it@framingham.edu or calling 508-215-5906.
Printing supplies for standard printers and multi-function devices - inclusive of toner and paper - are the responsibility of the department or designated administrative area. ITS is here to help if you require any assistance in ordering the appropriate supplies.
