Welcome to the Service Portal for the Office of Facilities and Capital Planning. Our goal for this site is to provide an easy way for faculty, staff, and students to submit and research work requests.
The Office of Facilities and Capital Planning is located at 23 Salem End Road and is open between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

For after-hours emergencies, please contact University Police at (508) 626-4911.

All non-emergency requests should be submitted via this portal.

Any requests regarding fire safety and campus safety alarms. Includes, but not limited to, fire alarms, hazard alarms, strobes and safety equipment.

Carpentry

Requests involving the maintenance or installation of carpets, windows, doors, walls, ceilings, entryways, etc.

Electrical

Request assistance with issues related to campus electrical systems, electricity, power outlets, circuit breakers, new installs and electrical relocation.

Elevators

Request related to Campus elevator maintenance, repairs or safety hazards.

HVAC

Request assistance related to campus heating and cooling systems; including heat, air conditioning, thermostats and vents.

Inventory Control

Submit all Inventory Control forms for review, including Surplus of State Property, issues with asset tags, yearly inventory reviews or equipment loan/transfer forms.

Locksmith

Requests for lock changes, repairs and key requests.

Painting

Painting within academic departments, administrative offices and resident halls.

Pest Control

Services include the removal of insects, nests, rodents, or other creatures present in campus buildings.

Plumbing

Request assistance with campus plumbing; including toilets, showers, kitchenettes, pipes, water issues and leaks.
