Hyflex Technology Incident

Description or Overview

For immediate assistance in the classroom, please call 508-215-5906.

If you encounter an issue with the Hyflex technology in the classrooms, please click the “Create an Incident” button on the right side of this screen. These issues include:

  • Camera
  • Speaker
  • Microphone
  • Hyflex connection to laptop

Common issue description:

  • The wrong camera is selected in Zoom
  • The microphone is not picking up my audio when I move away from my laptop
  • I cannot hear the remote side of the Zoom session
  • My video is coming in blurry from Zoom
