Introduction to VoiceThread
VoiceThread is a multimedia discussion and presentation tool. In a VoiceThread "Create Assignment", you are tasked with creating a VoiceThread (a media type chosen by your professor) and you may also be asked to comment on your own VoiceThread. Create assignments are often used for introductions and demonstrations.
This article walks through the process of submitting a Create assignment in Canvas.
Steps
1. Click on the assignment link in the assignment description page in Canvas.
2. From the VoiceThread create window, view the requirements of the assignment on the upper right.
3. Click the yellow Start Assignment button.
4. Choose the creation method in the "Let's get started" window.
5. Once the assignment requirements have been fulfilled, the submit button becomes clickable. Click the submit button.
