Submitting a Comment Assignment on Classmates' VoiceThreads - For Students

Introduction to VoiceThread

VoiceThread is a multimedia discussion and presentation tool. In this type of comment assignment, you are tasked with commenting on one or many student VoiceThreads from a previous assignment.

This article walks students through the process of submitting a comment on classmates' work in VoiceThread. 

Steps

  1. Click on the assignment link in the assignment description page in Canvas.
  2. In the VoiceThread window, click the yellow “Start Assignment” button on the right.
  3. Select which thread you want to comment on, then click “Continue.”
  4. Record the required number of comments. See the commenting guide for more about how to comment.
  5. If you want to record comments on another thread, click “Back” at the bottom of the page, and repeat steps 4 & 5.
  6. Click “Submit” on the right side of the page.
