How to activate or set up my password

When would you use this?

If you are a new student and need to set your password for your FSU accounts. If you have accessed your account and need to reset your password, you would go through the same process.

Instructions:

First-time logins and forgotten passwords:

1. New accounts no longer need to "Activate" their account at password.framingham.edu. They will be issued a randomly-generated temporary password when their account is created, which they can then change. 
2. Any user who needs to change their account password (including a new user when they first get their temporary password), just navigates to https://portal.office.com. Enter your full email address, then click "Forgot my password" or "Can't Access your Account".

To ensure that the password reset was successful, please go to MyFramingham (https://my.framingham.edu) and log in with your username and new password.
