The default time zone for your individual Qualtrics account may not be set correctly. This could potentially affect emails, survey availability dates, or other workflows that you have attempted to schedule through Qualtrics. Currently, it is not possible for Brand Admins to set the time zone for the entire institutional account. It must be done individually for each user account.
To set your default Time Zone:
1. Log into Qualtrics (https://framingham.qualtrics.com/)
2. Navigate to "Account Settings": Click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner (usually the first letter of your name) and then select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. In the first tab of the Account Settings page (User Settings), locate the "Change Time Zone". Select the appropriate time zone from the drop-down menu.
