Student user account retention is based on attendance at the University. If a student has not been registered for a course for a period of 6 consecutive semesters (or 3 years) their user account will be disabled for a period of 60 days and the student will no longer have access to University technology resources. After a period of 60 days, provided no formal request has been provided to Information Technology Services including appropriate justification, the student user account will be deleted from the University directory services and e-mail system
