How to Remove a Outlook Data File (.pst) from Outlook

When would you use this?

Follow the instructions below to remove an Outlook Data File (.pst) file connected to your FSU email account. 

Instructions:

1. Open the Outlook desktop app
2. Go to File (top left)
3. Click on Account Settings box
4. In the dropdown menu, click Account Settings...

5. Go to the Data Files tab
6. Click on the name of your .pst file, which by default is Outlook Data File 
7. After selecting your .pst file, click Remove
