FSU's Copilot Licensing
FSU's Copilot licensing automatically includes Copilot Chat, which works very similarly to other AI chat tools such as ChatGPT.
How to access Copilot Chat
There are multiple ways to access Copilot. The three most common are:
- Sign into office.com using your FSU email. Once signed in, it will automatically take you to Copilot Chat

- When you are signed into any online Microsoft app (such as Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), click the menu at the top left of the page and select Copilot

- If you have a Windows computer, you may have Copilot installed as a desktop application. Sign in using your FSU credentials, and select "Work or School Account" when prompted

- When signed into Teams, Copilot will automatically show up as a tab on the left side of the application. If it doesn't automatically appear, you may need to use the three-dot icon in your toolbar to add

Once you are signed in you will see this screen, and you can let Copilot know what you need help with.
