As of April 2026, the DocHub in Equalground is temporarily unavailable. Therefore all users are directed to use the DocHub in Panorama for individual document remediation.
Both Yuja platforms Panorama and Equalground have a feature called the DocHub. In DocHub, users can check and do some remediation for individual documents, outside of the context of a website or the LMS. The DocHub functions exactly the same in both platforms, but the two systems are not linked (a document uploaded to DocHub in Panorama will not be accessible from Equalground).
Accessing DocHub in Panorama via SSO
Faculty and Staff (not students) can access the DocHub by logging into Panorama directly via Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Navigate to https://framingham.panorama.yuja.com/
- Select the "SAML Single Sign-on" Sign-in option
- Enter your FSU credentials
- Open DocHub by clicking on the document icon at the top of the lavender left-side navigation menu in Panorama.
- Upload the document if it is not already there
- Click on the document or hover over it and click "View" to access the Alternative Formats Menu and Accessibility Report.
Accessing DocHub through Canvas
You can access the DocHub from Panorama inside a Canvas course, to check documents that are not in that course (without having to add it to your course):
- In a Canvas course, navigate to the "Panorama" item in the Course Navigation Menu. This will open up your course report.
- Hover over the menu on the left of the Panorama window and select "DocHub" (the paper icon at the top of the menu)
- In the Dochub, you can upload files and create folders to organize stored files. To upload a file, click the "Upload" button in the center navigation (above the folders by default), then locate it using the file uploader.
- Once you've uploaded a document, click on the document or hover over it and click "View" to access the Alternative Formats Menu and Accessibility Report.
