When would you use this?
Follow the instructions below to map a network drive / server to MacOS X
Instructions:
- Click the Go menu at the top of the main desktop screen.
- Click COMMAND+K to bring up the Connect to Server window.
- Enter the path to the network drive you want to map (ie: smb://networkcomputer/networkshare) and click Connect
- For example, if you received the Windows file path as \\zeus\share$, it would be typed as smb://zeus/share$ on a Mac
- Enter your login/password and click OK to mount the network drive. Please be sure to use campus\ before your username
- The drive will now appear on your desktop and in the Finder window sidebar

You can access the network share like any other folder at this point, so long you're connected to FSU_Wireless or VPN.
