If your computer has a virus, is running slow or is outdated, you may ask for it to be "re-imaged" meaning that a fresh university image will be loaded on the computer. Only university owned machines can be imaged by ITS. If your institutionally-owned computers and peripherals from on-campus locations are no longer needed, we will work with Inventory control to remove the equipment from your ownership and dispose of equipment properly following surplus guidelines.
