Adobe Creative Cloud License

Issue/Question:

My Adobe License is about to expire

Need to log back into Adobe Creative Cloud

Answer:

To license your Adobe Applications:

  1. Open an Adobe Application, i.e. Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name and Sign Out
  3. Restart your browser
  4. Launch Creative Cloud
  5. In the upper right-hand corner, click on Sign In
  6. Sign in with your FSU email address and choose Sign In with an Enterprise ID
  7. Enter your FSU password and click Sign In

Additional Information:

You can only be signed into two machines concurrently. By logging into an Adobe application a third machine, one of your previous logins will be terminated, and you will have to log back into the Adobe suite on that machine.
