Adding a Shortcut to your Desktop

 

When would you use this?

To add a shortcut to Banner (or any URL) to your Desktop.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Using your mouse, right click on your desktop

2. Hover over New and click Shortcut

3. In the box titled "Type the location of the item" type:  https://appnavprod.framingham.edu/applicationNavigator/

4. Click Next

5. Type a name for the shortcut (ex:  Banner)

6. Click Finish

 

Environment/Applies To:

Any URL

 

Additional Information:

Reminder:  You can only access Banner while on Campus or if you are using VPN or GoToMyPC.
