When would you use this?
In order to connect to your department's shared drive, you will need to map it to your computer.
Instructions:
- Press Win + E to open the File Explorer window. (Alternatively, you can also type File Explorer where it says, Type here to search, in the lower left of your screen)
- Right click on This PC from the left side of the window
- Select Map Network... from the list
- Choose a drive letter
- Enter the server location in the Folder field
- Select the checkbox for Reconnect at sign-in
- Click Finish
Your new location is mapped and you should be able to access your files normally!

Additional Information:
Shared drives can only be accessed while connected to FSU_Wireless or VPN.
