How to I order new or renew software?

When ordering new software or renewing an existing software and are using Framingham State funds.

Instructions:

  1. Create a requisition in Banner
  2. Click on the following link New or Renew Software
    • Alternatively, if you'd like to locate the link from myit.framingham.edu  
      • Click on Hardware and Software
      • Click on Software Applications 
      • Then click on Order New or Renew Software
  3. Fill out requisition screen fully, including:
    • Requisition number from Banner
    • Description of the software
    • All information on the form 
  4. Attach any quotes you have using the Attachment section
  5. Press Request
