I am receiving an "Access Denied .... does not have permissions to access this resource" error in the new MyFramingham (AKA SharePoint)

Answer:
Each student and faculty/staff email account should automatically have access to the system. Please follow these steps to resolve your issue
- Confirm you are signing in with your FSU email
- Clear your browser cache or try an Incognito or Private browsing window
- If the following steps above do not work, please contact ITS by entering a ticket through this service, emailing IT@framingham.edu, or by calling during our business hours at 508-215-5906
