Receiving "Access Denied" Error in new MyFramingham

Issue/Question:

I am receiving an "Access Denied .... does not have permissions to access this resource" error in the new MyFramingham (AKA SharePoint)

Answer:

Each student and faculty/staff email account should automatically have access to the system. Please follow these steps to resolve your issue 

  1. Confirm you are signing in with your FSU email
  2. Clear your browser cache or try an Incognito or Private browsing window
  3. If the following steps above do not work, please contact ITS by entering a ticket through this service, emailing IT@framingham.edu, or by calling during our business hours at 508-215-5906
