When would you use this?
When you'd like to scan a document to a flash drive using a Ricoh.
Instructions:
- Place your document(s) onto the scan bed
- Log into the Ricoh using your four digit printing code
- Tap on Print/Scan (Memory Storage Device)

- Tap Scan to Storage Device

- Insert your flash drive into the left side of the printer's touchscreen
- Tap USB

- Tap Start

- If you have more than one page to scan, lay the next page on the scan bed and tap Scan Next Original
- When finished scanning, tap Finish Scan
