Getting Started in Qualtrics

Who has access?

Qualtrics is the University’s Cloud-Hosted Online survey platform. Students and faculty/staff may access Qualtrics to create surveys and perform data analysis on them. Students and faculty/staff access Qualtrics using different URLs, but the landing page, and the Qualtrics interface will look the same.

Who can create surveys in Qualtrics?

All faculty/staff and students can create surveys using Qualtrics. Students, however, cannot directly email surveys through their FSU email (only faculty/staff can do this). Students will still be able to distribute surveys through anonymous links, QR codes, or other methods.
