How to accept a Bomgar remote session
You will receive an email with a link inside similar to this:
1.Click on the link in the email to download the file.
2.Click Save File.
3.Run the file to install Bomgar. If you don’t see the file, it is usually saved to Downloads by default.
4.After running the file, you will see a pop-up window requesting Access. Click Allow.
5.In order to install software on your machine a 2nd request will be made to elevate privileges with an administrative password. Click Yes. The technician will enter the required administrative password.
