How to get Canvas support (for students)

When would you use this?

Students using Canvas can get support and training in the following ways.

Instructions:

Support for a problem

  • In Canvas, the "Help" button (bottom left of screen) offers 24/7 chat and phone support (for reference, the phone number is 508-250-0805)
  • A support ticket can be submitted by accessing the ITS self-service portal or by emailing it@framingham.edu
  • Call 508-215-5906 to reach the Technology Resource Center Service Desk
