Looking for a way to make and receive calls from your PC or laptop when working from home? The 3CX softphone allows you to make and receive calls as if it were a physical desktop phone.
In addition to Android and iOS the 3CX "softphone" client can be installed on a Windows 10/11 machine.
To install the 3CX Windows based softphone:
- Review the welcome E-Mail that was originally sent with your voicemail login information and extension
Select “Set your password" - Set and confirm your new password
- Log into your account, using your extension number and password
Select the “App” icon in the bottom left corner and then the Windows App
