Self-Service Password Reset Guide

If you forget your password or are having issues with logging into your account, you can utilize our self-service password reset portal.  This will require you to validate your identity once or twice (depending on the amount of configured reset options) by SMS (text), phone call, authenticator app etc.  Below is a step-by-step guide to resetting a forgotten password:

  1. Navigate to https://mail.office365.com.
  2. On the “Sign in” page select “Can’t access your account?”

On the “Get back into your account” screen, you will need to identify yourself with your FSU E-Mail address.  You will then need to type in the character sequence in the box below that to prove you are not a robot.  Audio options are available to hear the character sequence if you so desire.  When done select “Next”.
