FSU Account & Password Support

Overview

Your FSU username and password are synchronized across most accounts you need. Any assistance for issues relating to your FSU login can be requested here.

Before you can use your account, you'll need to create a secure password. This will establish your user account so that you can log into various University systems.

  1. Go to https://portal.office.com
  2. Select "Can't access your account"
  3. Enter your assigned email address and follow the prompts. You may refer to the Self-Service Password Reset article or your welcome email.

*Note that if you do not have Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA) set up, you are not enrolled in self-service password reset. If this is the case, please contact ITS.
