FSU Account & Password Support


Your FSU username and password are synchronized to most of the resources you will need to access. Any assistance for issues relating to your FSU account can be requested here. 

The first step in using your account is to create a secure password to establish your user account so that you can log in to various University systems.

  1. Go to https://password.framingham.edu
  2. Select Activate Account/Reset Password
  3. Enter your assigned username and follow the prompts

Resources requiring FSU username and password include:

  • myFramingham
  • myIT.framingham.edu
  • email
  • Canvas
  • Starfish
  • FSUgo
  • University computers and labs
  • Apporto
  • Adobe 
  • Office 365

This service is available to all university faculty,staff and students.

Request a Sponsored Account
Sponsored Accounts provide individuals who are not formally affiliated with the University to access to computing resources to support instructional, research or administrative activities.
