Self-Service Password Reset Registration Information

As FSU launches it's new password portal, faculty, staff and students may be asked upon login to update or setup additional authentication methods.  These methods are used for the multiple verification process that goes into self-service password reset.  Below is a guide on how to set this up.  If not skipped, this should only appear once.

1.  Login to your FSU account as normal

2. When prompted input your MFA code or follow the standard verification process.

3. You will be prompted that "More information is required".

4. You will need to have at least two (but may have more) verification methods (choose among alternate E-Mail, Phone Call, Text (SMS), Microsoft Authenticator App.)  When this screen appears you may setup the app if you haven't already or:

     1.  I want to setup a different method:  This will require you to setup alternate E-Mail or phone options

     2. You can skip this setup, but it will keep asking you upon each login.
