How to get Canvas support (for faculty)

When would you use this?

Faculty using Canvas can get support and training in the following ways.

Instructions:

Support for a problem

• In Canvas, the "Help" button (bottom left of screen) offers 24/7 chat and phone support
• A support ticket can be submitted by accessing the ITS self-service portal or by emailing eto@framingham.edu
• Call 508-626-4927 to reach the Education Technology Office

Training

• Review the Growing with Canvas self-directed training course
• Sign up for a workshop by the Education Technology Office
• Contact eto@framingham.edu to request a consultation
