When trying to watch Panopto videos, students and faculty may see a black screen with a “Click to Sign in and Play Video”. If they are on an Apple computer using Safari as their internet browser, clicking this button will not work.
The recommended Internet browsers for doing course work in Canvas are Google Chrome and Firefox. It is a good idea to have both available as a backup.
