TeamDynamix), which is a cloud-based software as a service solution used to facilitate the intake, assignment, coordination, and tracking of work including knowledge and project portfolio management. The platform also includes an integrated self-service portal that provides access to knowledge articles and a catalog of service descriptions with links to forms that can be used to submit requests for assistance.
